- Attend both days of the meeting.
- Present abstract in person to receive award and for it to be printed in the Journal of Investigative Medicine.

- CSCTR checks will be mailed within thirty (30) days after the close of the annual meeting,or signed tax form is received. Award will be forfeited if signed tax form is not received by CSCTR prior to November 1, 2024.

Award Notification: February 23, 2024
Most awards require additional supporting materials (e.g., letters of nomination, curriculum vitae). Please read all award criteria carefully.
Can I apply for more than one award? Yes, during the abstract submission process you will be asked for which awards you are eligible. You may select all awards for which you are eligible. However, of the awards for which you are eligible, and you selected in the abstract submission form, only one award will be offered. You are unable to apply for an award after the abstract submission closes.
